Le document s'intitulant "Kairos Palestine" a été publié à Bethléem le 11 Décembre 2009 par un jury présidé par l'ancien patriarche latin de Jérusalem, Michel Sabbah. Le document est destiné à mobiliser les églises du monde entier dans un programme de boycott, de désinvestissement et de délégitimation de l'État d'Israël.
